[Hierarchy] Order is not saved when scene is reloaded/started
Repro steps:
1) Open the project and test1 scene
2) Change the Divider position in Hierarchy window and save the scene
3) Play the scene and notice that the change in Hierarchy was undone

Still not fixed! Prefabs do not serialize/deserialize properly. Please fix it!

This issue is still not fixed, using unity 5.5 here and the hierarchy is still broken, which causes huge problems when working with the UI.

Please reopen this report. Hierarchy order still randomly changes on play in 5.3.5f1.

This is not fixed in 4.3.4f1 personal and sadly it still makes the new hierarchy based gui impossible to work with :(

I can confirm this issue is still present in 5.3.4f1...
