Crash on ModelImporter::ImportSkinnedMesh when disabling "Strip Bones" on a specific FBX model

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “ModelCrashBug.zip“ project
2. Select the “Assets/100120_Mesh.fbx“ asset
3. Select the “Rig“ tab in the Inspector
4. De-select “Strip Bones“ and press “Apply“

Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.25f1, 2023.2.19f1, 6000.0.0b16

Reproducible on: macOS 14.4 Sonoma (Intel)

Not reproducible on: 2020.3.44f1
