[WP8.1] System.IO.File.Delete throws exception
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build & run for WP8.1 (development build) A file is created at a certain path and the same path is used for a File.Delete() call.
3. Notice the exception in the console. It has been thrown by the File.Delete()
