Windows: closed network player fails to load CacheAdmin page
-e: see title, fails to initialize 3D
-repro:
--get latest closed network plugin (UnityWebPlayerDevelopment.exe)
--remove any already installed plugins
--install closed network one
--start browser (FF) and go to http://unity3d.com/webplayer/setup
--NOTICE error being thrown and cache admin not being loaded
