When an input field is selected/activated from within Start(), onEndEdit is triggered on the first frame
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the InputFieldOnEndEditTest1.unity scene. Notice that:
a) the input field is scripted to be selected and activated from within
Start() in the ActivateInputFieldOnStart script
b) the input field has an onEndEdit callback that logs its execution to
make the bug apparent
3. Press play. Notice from the console output that onEndEdit was triggered
on the first frame
