VisionOS Build Support Installation validation fails and then Editor installation doesn't resume
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open HUB Unity Hub 3.8.0-beta.1
# Download VisionOS module supported Editor version e.g (unityhub://2022.3.22f1/887be4894c44)
# Select VisionOS module so that it installs
*Actual results:* Installation of VisionOS module validation fails, Editor installation hangs, retrying all failed installations produces same result
*Expected results:* Installation of the Editor and VisionOS works as expected
*Reproducible with versions:* Unity Hub 3.8.0-beta.1
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11
