[VFX] Missing capitalisation in Package Manager window button

# Create a new project.
# Open Window > Package Manager > Unity Registry and Install Visual Effect Graph.
# View the package in the Package Manager.
*Actual results:* "open VFX Graph Samples project on Github"
*Expected results:* "Open VFX Graph Samples project on GitHub"
*Reproducible on:* 6000.0.0f1 (VFX 17.0.3)
*Tested on (OS):* Ubuntu 20.04
