Version Control is forced when the user is logged out of Chinese Hub
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the Unity Hub
2. Click on the account icon and sign out
3. Click the “New Project” button
4. Click the “Create Project” button
Expected result: “Enable Version Control” checkbox exists at step 3, and a new project is created at step 4
Actual result: “Enable Version Control” checkbox does not exist at step 3. If PlasticSCM is not installed, “Install PlasticSCM” window appears, forcing the user to install PlasticSCM in order to create a project
Reproducible with: 3.3.0-c8
Not reproducible with: 3.4.1
Reproducible on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)
Note: The “Enable Version Control and agree Terms of Service” checkbox, which is visible only when a user is logged in to their account, is specific to the Chinese version of the Hub
