[External] [UWP] Creating a master build with .net backend and photon voice 1.14 causes OutOfMemoryException
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Switch platform to UWP
3. Build project with .NET scripting backend
4. Open solution in VS
5. Set Configuration to Master and platform to x64
6. Run project on local machine
Actual results: .NET Mater build fails with OutOfMemoryException.
The bug isn't reproducible:
- on .NET backend with Debug configuration.
- on IL2CPP backend
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.1.3f1, 2017.4.5f1, 2017.3.2f1
