Unable to obtain license when activating it in the Unity Hub on Windows 7
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the Unity Hub
2. Sign in
3. Press on the appeared button Manage License
4. Press Add License
5. Press Get a free personal license
6. Press Agree and get personal edition license
Expected result: Personal edition license is granted
Actual result: Personal edition license is not granted
Reproducible with: 3.0.0-beta.5
Not reproducible with: 2.4.5
Note:
- Also can't get a Pro license, after entering the serial key it says, that the key is invalid, or it doesn't do anything at all
- Only reproducible on Windows 7
