[UI Mask]ParentMaskStateChanged callback function not reporting the corret information
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open UI Mask Repro scene
3. Press play
4. Clear console
5. Select button
6. Remove mask component
7. Notice that wrong information is reported
