[UI] In the Playmode, UI elements causes constant refresh issues in the scene view
Launch the attached project and open StartScene scene
Have the Scene view and Game view positioned such that both views are visible simultaneously
Click play and move mouse in the game view
Note that in the scene view the elements disappear and causes refresh issues.
