[UI Builder] UxmlObject Add list item field popup is squashed.
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create a new project and add the attached script Test.cs
2. Open UI Builder and add a Test element
3. Click + on the Test Values list
*Actual results:* items list is unreadable.
*Expected results:* Able to see list of possible items to add
