Tiles are glitching in the Scene view when dragging mouse with a Tile selected from the Tile Palette
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "zavrsni_projekt.zip" project
2. In the Tile Pallete window select any tile
3. Drag the mouse around the Tilemap in the Scene view
4. Observe the tiles in the Tilemap
Expected result: No glitches happen in the Tilemap
Actual result: Tiles appear/disappear in the Tilemap
Reproducible with: 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.12f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.12f1, 2021.2.0b1
Could not test with: 2018.4.34f1 (Tilemap is not visible after downgrading)
