[Terrain] Brush rendering breaks on the edges of terrain when terrain's height is set to a high value
Brush rendering breaks on the edges of terrain when terrain's height is greater than zero
Steps to Repro:
1. Open attached or create a new project
2. Hierarchy > right click
3. 3D object > terrain
4. Select set height from paint tab
5. Set the height's value to 500 and click flatten
6. Move the brush towards the edge of the terrain
Actual Result:
1. Observe that rendering of the brush breaks
Occurring with:
2018.3.0a6 (13fac50c9eea) , 2018.3.0a5, 2018.3.0a4
Note:
New Terrain tools are introduced from alpha 2018.3.0a4

Resolution Note:
This is a good suggestion, but much more complex to fix in the current system than we would like, for a minor issue. So it is unlikely to be addressed anytime soon.
