[Camera] Frame delay when rendering Camera into texture manually (cam.Render)
To reproduce the issue follow the steps:
1. Open "1FrameDelay" scene
2. Attach a script debugger to the "RenderToTexture.cs" file
3. Set three break points at the specified areas in the script
4. Start the scene and press F1
5. Look at break points
6. After first frame the object did not change it's position until second frame is rendered
