Tabs freeze in MD4 after using auto-hide
To reproduce:
- Start MD4
- Go to the Unit Testing view
- Enable/disable auto-hide for Solution Explorer/Unit Tests
- Notice that tabs in the text editor will eventually freeze and become unresponsive

Also, sometimes when I double-click on a file in the Solution Explorer to edit it, the tabs in the text editor will freeze and become unresponsive.
