Directional Specular realtime lightmaps don't work in the player
Specular reflections, that seem OK in the editor, do not appear neither the x86 nor the 64 bit version of the windows build.
Workaround:
In Edit > Project Settings > Graphics > Shader Stripping change Lightmap Modes from Automatic to Manual check both "Realtime GI" and "Separate Directional".

I'm having the same issue except that mine is on WebGL and using 5.6 where we don't use Far or Near anymore instead Dir and Color.
I managed to make it work on Editor, but when I build and get the reference through AssetBundles it still wont do any changes

Still broken in 5.4.0f3. Workaround doesn't work. The options have changed since this was posted, and checking all of them doesn't even work.

Could you, please, check if it's still fixed in Unity 5.3?
I have same symptoms described in http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/1013199/external-lightmaps-working-in-editor-but-not-in-bu.html and the workaround posted here helped.
I use Unity Version 5.3.4f1 (fdbb5133b820) Personal
