Slider Handle disappear on resize or changed position after undo(Ctr+Z)
Steps to reproduce :
1) Download attached project "Slider Bug.zip" and open in Unity.
2) In Hierarchy tab, click on Canvas >> Slider >> Handle Slider Area >> Handle.
3) Move Handle's position or scale it, then press Ctr+Z.(see attached "Handle.gif").
Note: Handle disappeared.
4) Press Play and Handle will appear in the scene.
Tested versions: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.5p5, 5.4.0b23.
