[Services] Loggin into a Unity Account does not refresh Services Window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new Unity project
2. Open Services window
3. If you're logged in to a Unity accout, log out
4. Click the 'Sign In' button and sign in to your account again
5. Notice the Services window is not refreshed
Workaround: Close and re-open the services window.
Reproduced with: 5.3.0f1, 5.4.0a2
