[Resolution] Canvas are scaled incorrectly when changing from windowed to fullscreen resolutions
To reproduce issue follow the steps:
1. Open "Bug Demonstrations" project
2. Open "BugDemo" scene
3. Build Standalone (Windows)
4. Launch the application with 640x480 windowed
5. Click the button to cycle through resolutions
6. Canvas are not scaled correctly by x axis
Reproduced in 5.3.0f4, 5.3.0f3, 5.3.0f1
Not reproducible in 5.2.2p4
