Reflection probe baking error when SSMS option is enabled in HDRP
There is a missing condition for the creation of the color pyramid buffer in the code.
This causes an exception when baking a reflection probe when SSR is disabled, Refraction is disabled, SSGI is disabled and SSMS is enabled.
