Previous field isn't being selected when Shift+Tab keybind is used
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Hierarchy window select any GameObject
3. In the Inspector select any of the Transform Component values
4. Click Tab, notice that the next field is being selected
5. Click Shift+Tab
Expected result: The previous field is being focused once Shift+Tab keybind is used
Actual result: Scene or the Hierarchy tab is selected
Reproducible with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.29f1, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b11, 2022.2.0a7
Note:
- The issue isn't reproducible on MacOS
