Prefab gameobject EdgeCollider2D edits are not saved
To reproduce:
1. Create an empty gameobject
2. Attach an edge collider to it
3. Make this object a prefab
4. Edit the collider
5. Save the scene
6 Reopen the same scene - notice that the collider is back to it's initial shape
This issue does not occur with non-prefabs or if the changes to the collider are applied to the prefab.
