Prefab changes are not always applied to all gameObjects in scene when using Cache Server
To reproduce:
1. Open project, enable cache server
2. Open 'Test' scene
3. Select Image gameobject (GameObject-> test-> Image)
4. Change Image color, apply prefab changes
5. Repeat these steps 2-3 times
Expected: color will be updated to all 3 Image gameObjects in scene
Actual: color is updated only to game object where changes were made
Reproduced on: 5.5.4p1, 5.4.5p2, 5.5.4p1, 5.6.3p4, 2017.1.2p1, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.3.0b6, 2018.1.0a1
Note: if issue is not reproducible (70% of the time it is reproducible easily) sometimes it is needed to play a few times with 'Revert' or 'Apply' button (a few clicks after applying color) while following 3-5 steps
Tested on: OSX 10.13
