[WP8] Point light lights incorrectly in landscape orientation on WP8
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project and deploy as WP8 app
2. Turn device to face landscape orientation. Notice artifact of sudden light falloff
Not reproducible on Windows Phone 8.1

It should look like this (on some angles it looks normal)

Repro is simple, create a spotlight that sould point front like a headlight, and look from above in windows phone. (looks perfect in editor) In these screenshots grey area is a plane, same issue happens in terrain.
