Particle renderer using Mesh is not affected by Material Property Block
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attacked project
2. Open block_test scene. Run the game
3. There are 2 particle systems in the scene, both controller by animator that animates their "_TintColor" property in their materials
3. Notice that the left one (render mode set to billboard), color changes as expected. The right one (render mode set to mesh), color does not change while the inspector says that the properties are controller by material property block
Not reproducible: 5.2.4f1
Reproduced with: 5.3.0a1, 5.3.3p2, 5.4.0b8
