Outdated system requirement information on download site and docs
*Steps to reproduce:*

# Visit [https://docs.unity3d.com/hub/manual/InstallHub.html]
*Actual results:* System requirements/supported Operating Systems are outdated (I think Win 7 support was ended, not sure about the rest of the OS list). Windows 11 and Rocky is mentioned in the docs but not the download page, Ubuntu 16.04 is mentioned on download but not docs - information should be consistent between these two.
*Expected results:* Up to date system requirement lists on both sites.
*Hub/Editor/OS information not relevant.*
