OnPointerExit and OnPointerEnter is mistakenly called when an overlapping child Image is destroyed

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. In the Game view, hover the mouse cursor over the white square
5. Wait a few second until the white square disappears
6. Move the mouse cursor away from the red square
7. Observe the Console window

Expected result: OnPointExit and OnPointEnter methods have been called only once
Actual result: Both methods have been called twice

Reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.28f1, 6000.0.1f1

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
