[AnimationRigging] Custom track not played when the Timeline preview is played
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "AnimationRigTimelineInterop.zip" project and SampleScene
2. Enter the Play mode
3. Observe the Game view, Animation and Follow Transform clips are played
4. Exit the Play mode
5. Select the Timeline GameObject in the Hierarchy window
6. Play the Timeline preview
7. Observe the Game view, Follow Transform clips are not played
Expected result: Animation and Follow Transform tracks are played when the Timeline preview is played
Actual result: Follow Transform tracks are not played when the Timeline preview is played
Reproducible with: 2019.4.8f1, 2020.1.2f1, 2020.2.0a20 (Timeline 1.2.14 - 1.5.0-preview.4)
Could not test with: 2018.4.26f1 (Animation Rigging package is not supported)
