[OldGUI][Linear] Legacy GUI are way brighter in the Editor than in builds when using Linear Color Space
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open and play 'scene0' scene
3. Notice how bright the button and the image looks like
4. Build and run the scene or change the Color Space to Gamma to see how it should look like

This bug's title implies that the bug only shows up in the editor. The bug I reported (and which was closed as a duplicate of this) happens in final builds as well as in the editor. Maybe there are two bugs.
