[OcclusionCulling] Water object not culled anymore after scene reload
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Tmp scene
3. Bake occlusion culling
4. Ensure that water disappeared from scene on Occlusion Culling Visualization
5. Save and close scene, then open it again
6. See that water appeared on Occlusion Culling Visualization (you can also use Frame debugger to ensure water is rendered)
