Not selected object appears in the preview window when the selected object's layer is set to 31st layer
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select Sphere prefab in Project tab
3. Observe preview window in the inspector
4. Create 31st layer
5. Set cube layer to newly created layer
6. Select Sphere prefab in Project tab
7. Observe preview window in the inspector
Expected: object which has its layer set to 31st layer should not appear in the preview window when it is not selected
Actual: object which has its layer set to 31st layer appears in the preview window even though it is not selected
Reproduced in 5.5.0f3, 5.5.1f1, 5.5.2f1, 5.6.0f3, 2017.1.0a6
