NotImplementedException is thrown when building a project with NetCode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project “Unity”
2. Press F6 to build the project
3. Press F11
Expected result: No error is thrown in the Console window
Actual result: “NotImplementedException: The method or operation is not implemented” is thrown in the Console
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.47 (2022.2.13f1)
Couldn’t test with: 0.51.1-preview.21 (2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.22f1), 1.0.0-pre.47 (2023.1.0b11, 2023.2.0a9) (due to compiler errors)
Reproducible on: macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (Intel), Windows 10
