No error message when serial is incomplete / has wrong format
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Unity Editor
2. Attempt to activate Unity Professional edition
3. Enter incorrect serial (put a dash after e.g. 3 symbols instead of 4, cut the last symbol)
4. Observe that no error message is given to the user
Unity versions: 5.3.3p2, 5.3.0f4, 5.2.2
OS: OS X 10.11.3
