NetworkClient.Disconnect does not remove transport layer host
NetworkClient.Disconnect does not call NetworkTransport.RemoveHost() to remove transport layer host. So doing connect/disconnect 16 times in the same process from a client causes the limit of 16 hosts to be reached in the transport layer, and no more client connections can be made.
