[NavMeshSurface] NavMesh isn't cropped if it doesn't fit inside NavMeshSurface boundaries
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "AI6.zip"
2. Open scene "repro"
3. In hierarchy, select "First" and bake NavMesh
4. In hierarchy, select "Second" and change Mode to "Custom"
5. Set NavMesh to NavMesh created in step 3
6. Notice that it's outside of NavMeshSurface boundaries
Expected behaviour - NavMesh is cropped
