Modifying PSB files changes the layer position
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “PSBImportBug“
2. Look at the imported “PSBImportBug1.psb“ file in the Skinning Editor
3. Replace the existing .psb file with the attached “PSBImportBug1.psb“ where the red line is extended
4. Look at the replaced file in the Skinning Editor
Expected result: The red line is extended
Actual result: The red line is moved downward
Reproduced with: 4.3.1 (2020.3.45f1), 6.0.7 (2021.3.19f1), 8.0.2 (2022.2.8f1), 9.0.0-pre.2 (2023.1.0b5, 2023.2.0a4)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0.1 (Intel), Windows 10 64bit (by user)
Note - .psb files have to have the same name for the bug to be reproducible
