[Mobile] textPlaceholder parameter no longer works in TouchScreenKeyboard.Open
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run the scene on any mobile device
3. Click 'Show Keyboard'
4. Notice no placeholder text is visible
