[Mobile] Developer Console does not appear when an error is thrown
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached Project "consoleTest"
3. Open Build Settings and enable Development Build
2. Build and Run the Scene "Developer Console Test" on a mobile device
3. Tap any of the buttons in the Player
Expected result: The Developer Console appears showing an error
Actual result: No console appears
Reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.26f1, 6000.0.0f1
Reproduced with:
- iPhone 13 (iOS 15.0)
- VLNQA00520 - Galaxy S22 USA (SM-S901U), CPU: Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (SM8450), GPU: Adreno 730, OS: 14
