[Mecanim] Transitions become unselectable in the far sides of Animator window
Repro steps:
1) Create/open a new project
2) Create Animator Controller and open it to see Animator window
3) Create a new state and make a transition to it
4) Drag the state far far away to right, while constantly trying to click on transition, until transition becomes unselectable
5) Notice that rectangular select is not functioning there as well
