MaterialPropertyBlocks doesn't work properly
On Win Store Apps MaterialPropertyBlocks doesn't work properly
When uploading a four component vector shader constant using a MaterialPropertyBlock the 4th component (w) is not uploaded, only the first three (x, y, z).
