Re-enabling graphic components don't update masked objects
Repro steps:
1) Open my attached project
2) Select Panel in the Hierarchy
3) Disable Image component - everything dissapears
4) Disable Show Mask Graphic - white line reappears unmasked
5) Enable Show Mask Graphic - nothing changes
6) Enable Image - notice mask doesn't work
Reenable Show Mask Graphic or Mask component for mask to work properly

You can use Rect Mask 2D instead. It works for me
