[Linux][ShaderGraph] Default ShaderGraph shaders are "not compatible" with the "SRP Batcher"
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "New Unity Project (2).zip" project
2. Select the Shader "graph"
3. Notice that the "SRP Batcher" is "not compatible"
Expected Result: "SRP Batcher" is "compatible"
Reproduced with: 2019.2.0a11, 2019.1.0f2, 2018.3.12f1
Did not reproduce on: 2017.4.26f1
