Incremental GC Pushes Invalid Stack Range on Windows
The incremental GC mode does not pause threads before pushing stacks and registers. This PR introduced changes that do not handle stack/register pushing for unpaused threads in incremental GC mode: https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/bdwgc/pull/36
