[IL2CPP] Player crashes when calling Process.GetCurrentProcess().StartTime
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Build project for Standalone with IL2CPP backend
Actual results: Player crashes when calling Process.GetCurrentProcess().StartTime
Reproduced with: 2019.2.0a2, 2019.1.0a14, 2018.3.3f3, 2017.4.19f1
Reproduced with UWP and standalone platforms
Note: Player doesn't crash when scripting runtime is .NET 3.5. but the returned date is incorrect.
