[Hub] The project list does not open from menu bar on native monitor when using two monitors
Reproduction steps:
1. In the Menu bar click on the Unity Hub icon
2. Observe the Unity Hub icon
Expected result: The project list appears
Actual result: The Project list does not appear
Reproducible with: 3.0.0-beta.2
Not reproducible with: 2.4.5
Notes:
- Issue only reproduces on macOS
