[Hub] The Hub doesn't select the last Editor Version used when creating a new project
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Hub and click New project
2. Select 2022.1 for the Editor Version
3. Create the project, wait for it to open, then close it
4. Go back to the Hub and click New project
Expected result: The preselected Editor Version is the last editor version used when doing this (in this case, 2022.1).
Actual result: The preselected Editor Version is 2020.3.
Reproduced with: 2022.1.0b5 (Hub 3.0.1)
