[Hub][Linux] Windows and Mac Build Support fails to install
Reproduction steps:
1. In Unity Hub, install Editor version
2. Attempt to add "Windows Build Support (Mono)" and "Mac Build Support (Mono)" through the Add Modules window
3. Observe Add Modules window
Expected result: Module installation is successful
Actual result: Module installation fails
Reproducible with: 3.0.0-beta.2 (2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a6)
Not reproducible with: 2.4.5 (2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a6)
