[Hub] Empty project is loaded when opening a Beginner Project in Unity Hub
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Select Learn section
3. Download any Beginner Project
4. Open downloaded Beginner Project and observe the Editor
Expected result: The selected project is loaded
Actual result: Empty project is loaded
Reproducible with: 3.0.0-beta.4
Not reproducible with: 2.4.5
Notes:
- Issue does not reproduce on macOS

I met the same program ,why?
